The screw set for the DQ200 DSG transmission contains four long and three short aluminum/magnesium screws and is specifically designed for the secure fastening and assembly of the mechatronics unit, transmission housing, or filter housing. Because these screws are made of lightweight metal, they must be replaced according to the manufacturer's specifications every time the transmission is removed – this is the only way to maintain optimal sealing and the transmission's safety.
