Returns & Refunds
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating any reasons.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and original packaging.
- Please include the invoice or proof of purchase with your return.
How to Return:
- Please contact us in advance by email at hallo@getriebeshop24.de to register your return.
- Pack the goods securely and send them back to our business address, postage paid. The costs for the return are borne by the buyer.
- Upon receipt of the return, we will inspect the items and refund your purchase price within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
Returns – B2C (Consumers)
§ Returns and Liability
- Return Packaging: The customer is obliged to pack the goods carefully and securely for transport when returning them. The original packaging should be used if possible.
- Liability for Packaging Damage: The customer is liable for damage to the goods caused by insufficient or improper packaging during return shipping.
- Loss in Value of Goods: The customer must compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the goods.
- Return Shipment: In the event of a withdrawal, the entrepreneur bears the statutory risk of return transport, provided the goods have been properly packed.
- Shipping Recommendation: We strongly recommend shipping as an insured package with tracking, as this will protect you in the event of loss by the parcel service.
Returns – B2B (Business Customers)
§ Returns and Transport Risk
- Approval Requirement: Returns generally require prior written approval from the seller.
- Packaging Obligation: The buyer is obliged to pack the goods professionally and securely for transport.
- Liability: The buyer is liable for all damages due to improper packaging.
- Shipping Risk: In the B2B sector, the buyer bears the risk of loss or damage until the goods arrive at the seller.
- Costs: The buyer bears the full cost of the return.
